I help women build strength for the most powerful — and often overlooked — chapter of their lives.

 

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and I’m also in perimenopause myself. I know firsthand that this season can feel confusing, frustrating, and even isolating. The workouts that used to “work” don’t always work anymore.

Energy shifts. Recovery changes. Our bodies start asking for something different.

 

But here’s what I believe deeply: this phase isn’t about shrinking or slowing down — it’s about getting stronger.

 

Perimenopause and menopause make up over a third of our lives. That’s not a footnote. That’s a major chapter. And I’m driven to help women preserve their freedom, independence, and confidence for decades to come. Strength training isn’t about aesthetics for me — it’s about being able to hike, travel, lift grandkids, carry groceries, and live fully on your own terms well into your 70s, 80s, and beyond.

 

This isn’t about “getting your old body back.” It’s about building the strongest version of you for what’s ahead.

 

And I’m right here doing it alongside you.
